4th October 2011: CCOMM IT Solutions, the IT solutions and equipment supplier has announced that the Cloud Computing Centre, the provider of tailored IT and cloud services, will be replacing its existing IT hardware with an entirely virtualised infrastructure. As part of the agreement, the entirety of CCOMM IT Solutions' hardware and operating systems are to be replaced with one virtualised server, which will be hosted on-site. With operating systems replicated in a mirrored site, CCOMM IT Solutions' entire infrastructure will be sufficiently backed up and readily accessible in the event of any system downtime, thus providing the IT solutions supplier with a secure, resilient and reliable service.

13th September 2011: Apollo Adhesives, providers of advanced adhesive products, has selected IT hosting specialist, The Cloud Computing Centre, to supply virtualised IT hardware to complement its new Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution. As part of the agreement, Cloud CC will be providing Apollo with two servers, two storage area networks (SANs) and communications equipment to link all four of the adhesive company's sites together. Apollo also wanted Cloud CC to provide new IT hardware in a virtualised environment using VMWare, ensuring business continuity in the event of hardware failings.

01 June 2011: Abacus e-Media, the web development company for publishers and public sector organisations, has signed an ongoing agreement with IT hosting specialist The Cloud Computing Centre. As part of the agreement, Abacus e-Media is offering its customers Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based application development in the Cloud, whilst the Cloud Computing Centre will provide the required infrastructure, a secure and resilient location for the equipment, and the necessary management and 24/7 support.

17th May 2011: Cintra, the multi award-winning provider of HR and Payroll solutions has signed a new ongoing agreement with IT hosting specialist, The Cloud Computing Centre, to host new product, Cintra iQ, thereby saving thousands of pounds in security costs.

Cintra iQ – a fully integrated HR and Payroll solution – will be hosted by the Cloud Computing Centre to provide both Cintra and its clients with 24/7 accessibility to one centralised platform. The Cloud Computing Centre will also be putting in place full disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities for a fraction of the cost of Cintra's previous on-premise solution.

12th April 2011: The Cloud Computing Centre, the IT hosting specialist, has been selected by The Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS) to host its online portfolio systems for trainee and practicing surgeons – the Intercollegiate Surgical Curriculum Programme (ISCP) and the Surgeon's Portfolio – in a secure location that can be accessed 24/7. The Cloud Computing Centre will provide a stable cloud-based service for these two online portfolio systems, managed by The Royal College of Surgeons of England, and supported by high specification disaster recovery, data security and business resilience services.

29th March 2011: Centaur, the B2B publishing house, has signed a two-year contract valued in the region of £150,000 with IT hosting specialist the Cloud Computing Centre. As part of the agreement, Centaur's 600 users will be moved to a private cloud-based solution, with full disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities in place for Centaur's Windows environment. The private cloud model provided by the Cloud Computing Centre offers users complete transparency, uninterruptable power and 24/7 security in a solution that is entirely cost-neutral for Centaur – effectively adding full disaster recovery capabilities for free. The project completion is scheduled for June 2011.
